She will then review comparable properties and use her extensive market knowledge to provide you with an equity assessment on your home. Sometimes, our clients aren't planning on moving now, but want to know the value of their home and suggestions on what improvements they should invest in so they can make informed decisions that will help boost their equity for future sale!
