Amy Balewicz
Team Lead & Lead Listing Agent
Amy Balewicz is the team lead of Amy Balewicz Homes, one of the highest producing teams in Boston Metro West. Known for her excellent work ethic and knack for creating genuine relationships, Amy has earned an extremely loyal client referral base and consistently ranks as a top agent in her market center, the New England region, and KW nationwide.
One of Amy’s favorite aspects of being a realtor is getting to know each and every client on a personal level which is a crucial aspect to the exceptional, personalized service that she strives to provide.
Amy is a strong advocate of the communities she serves and frequently volunteers for and supports the local schools, businesses, and organizations. Her deep community connections and extensive knowledge of the local real estate markets is an asset to her clients and allows them to be informed and educated throughout the home buying and selling process.
Real estate is Amy’s full-time job, but on a personal level she loves spending time with her family and can often be found on the cross country course in the fall, hockey rink in the winter, and outdoor track and lacrosse field in the spring. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle by being physically active, traveling, reading, and listening to live music.
Kelly Parent
Real Estate Agent
Kelly comes from a background of 25 years in the industry and brings many skills having worked for her father who was a developer as well as several other real estate companies. Kelly was born and raised in Acton, MA. She attended Fairfield University where she earned a Business Degree in management and marketing. Her skills in management give her a unique insight into how to take you through the home buying and selling process efficiently and effectively, always with your best interest at the forefront.
Kelly is honest and hands on as she guides you through one of the most emotional decisions of your life. She will establish a relationship that is respectful, honest, and trustworthy and will provide the highest level of service, professionalism and compassion throughout the process.
Kelly entered the Real Estate world in order to help people accomplish their goal of homeownership, real estate investment, or to get to their next place in life and has not looked back. She prides herself on relationships and will get to know your individual wants and needs allowing you to achieve your real estate goals.
Mary Ann Prouty
Real Estate Agent
Friendly and outgoing, Mary Ann is pursuing her passion for real estate after a successful 20+ year recruiting career. Her honed skills in matching candidates to their ideal jobs and negotiating the best employment packages transitions perfectly to matching buyers with their ideal homes with exceptional terms.
Mary Ann moved from Boston to Harvard, MA in 2003 to begin raising her family. She became an avid community volunteer and supporter of the Harvard Public Schools, where she has served on the Boards of The Village Nursery School and the Harvard PTO. Mary Ann worked as a teaching assistant at Hildreth Elementary School; additionally she has worked part time as a licensed real estate agent since 2016 and is now pursuing her passion full time.
When Mary Ann isn’t working on behalf of her clients, she can be found spending time with her three daughters, being a soccer or basketball mom at high school games, attending bookclub meetings, catching up with friends, cooking or traveling.
Mary Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from DePauw University, a Master’s degree in Business Communications and Public Relations from Emerson College, and an HR Management Certificate from Cornell University.
Jenni Concannon
Marketing
Jenni is a life-long Massachusetts resident, spending her first 18 years in Wayland and now raising a family of her own in Hudson since 2006. Jenni graduated from Emerson College in Boston with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing Communications and has since held many different marketing roles touching upon industries from high end investments to home and garden shows. Since starting with Amy Balewicz in 2020, real estate has become her passion. Using her marketing expertise, Jenni seeks to maximize brand awareness by utilizing tools including community relations, printed collateral, social media, email newsletters and events.
When she is not working, Jenni is very involved in her community, volunteering in many ways. She and her husband have a very busy household with three children and five cats. She is an avid animal lover and also has passion for interior decorating.
Tara Brown
Transaction Coordinator
Tara has 20+ years experience in the real estate industry. She started her career working as a real estate paralegal in a successful law firm in Waltham where she worked her way up to conveyancing manager. After starting a family, Tara transitioned into residential real estate. Tara’s attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and handle time sensitive deadlines with ease has led her to excel in her role as Transaction Coordinator. Her excellent communication skills and drive to give clients an amazing customer service experience make her an extremely valuable asset to the Amy Balewicz Homes Team.
In her leisure time, Tara enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with her family and friends, reading, walking and enjoying the many beautiful beaches we have here in New England.
Karen Yesue
Client Experience Coordinator
Karen grew up in Stow and has lived in Bolton for 20 years. She has degrees in archaeology and museum studies from Boston University, the University of York (UK), and Harvard University and worked for a number of years in museums around Massachusetts.
Since having her two boys, Karen has become active in the community as a long term member of the Bolton PTO and more recently as a substitute teacher in the Nashoba school district. She enjoys reading, baking, crafts, and traveling with her family.
Jenn Lemaire

As a lifelong design enthusiast, I have spent years redesigning spaces to improve their aesthetics and livability. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing buyers fall in love with their potential new home and for sellers to know that they have maximized their home’s value.
With a background in psychology, I work to create spaces that invite buyers to emotionally connect with your property. As a certified Staging Design Professional, I am trained to maximize the value of your home through strategic improvements to your interior and exterior spaces.
