June Local Market Update

A Note from Amy

Happy Summer From Amy Balewicz Homes!

The Greater Boston real estate market has experienced a dynamic and evolving landscape in recent months. As we begin the summer season, the local real estate market continues to demonstrate growth and stability. Inventory has remained historically low and sellers continue to have the advantage of historically high home sale prices, despite price appreciation slowing down in comparison to previous years. The limited supply has kept us firmly in a seller's market and it continues to be a highly competitive environment for buyers.

Due to the dynamic state of the market, buyers have become more discerning and it’s crucial for sellers to price their homes appropriately to attract potential buyers and avoid accumulating days on the market. Improperly priced homes present opportunities for buyers to potentially negotiate more favorable terms than has been possible over the past few years. That being said, it is still important for buyers to act quickly and make well-informed decisions in this fast-paced market.

Below are the market statistics for several of the towns we serve.
